What we provide
The Warden sells handicapping opinions, analysis, and informational content about horse racing, including selections organized into our Key / Coverage / Chaos tiers and accompanying notes. Everything we publish is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.
No guarantees
Wagering involves risk and you can lose money. We do not promise, guarantee, or warrant any particular result, profit, return, or win rate. Any past results, records, or screenshots reflect past performance only and are not a prediction or guarantee of future outcomes. You are solely responsible for any wagers you choose to place and for any losses you incur.
We do not accept or place wagers
The Warden is not a sportsbook, racebook, casino, or betting operator. We never accept, hold, place, or facilitate wagers, and we never handle bet funds. We sell information only.
Eligibility & your responsibility
You must be of legal age to wager in your jurisdiction (18 or 21 depending on location) to purchase.
You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing and using this content is legal where you live. We make no representation that the content is appropriate or lawful in your location.
Your purchase & access
Products are sold on a per-track or full-day basis as described at checkout. Access is delivered electronically (for example, through a gated channel or members area) at or before the stated time. Access is granted to you for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Intellectual property & redistribution
All picks, notes, charts, and other content are owned by The Warden. You may not copy, repost, resell, share, screenshot for distribution, or otherwise redistribute the content. Sharing or reselling our content is grounds for immediate termination of access without refund and may result in further action.
Acceptable use
No sharing of login or channel access with others.
No scraping, automated collection, or bulk copying of content.
No abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful use of the site.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Warden is not liable for any losses, damages, or wagering outcomes arising from your use of the content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

2 · Refund Policy
Please read carefully before you buy.
All sales are final
Our products are time-sensitive digital information delivered immediately or on the day of the relevant race card. Because the content is delivered electronically and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final and non-refundable. Buying a card does not entitle you to a refund based on the results of any race.
Limited exceptions
At our sole discretion, we may issue a refund or credit in cases such as a duplicate charge or a failure to deliver the purchased content. To request review of such a case, contact [thewardenpicks@gmail.com] within [48] hours of purchase with your order details.
Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party platform and payment processor (for example, Whop and its processors). We do not store your full card details. Your purchase is also subject to that platform's terms.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is in error, contact us first — we will work to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback for content that was delivered and accessed is considered a breach of these terms and will result in permanent termination of access.

Account & purchase info — your email address and order details, collected through our checkout/platform when you buy.
Delivery handle — if access is delivered via Discord or Telegram, the username you provide to receive it.

We do not see or store your full payment card number — that is handled directly by our payment processor.
